Warranty
- Purchased products are under warranty for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
- Any technical defects that are discovered during the guarantee period will be rectified within a maximum of 14 days from the date of acceptance of the equipment for servicing.
- Stratos International Sp. z o.o. works with suppliers from abroad. It may be necessary to import spare parts from abroad in order to repair equipment under warranty, which will automatically extend the warranty repair time by that period. Stratos International Sp. z o.o. has limited influence on the speed of sending spare parts.
- The customer can obtain a free repair under the warranty if:
- registers the equipment on www.stratos-int.eu and at the same time receives confirmation of this registration,
- presents a valid proof of purchase of the equipment, with the date of sale clearly indicated.https://www.stratos-int.eu/rejestracja-paragonu i jednocześnie otrzyma potwierdzenie tej rejestracji. - The fact and date of the repair shall be certified by the service in the service's computer system.
- The customer has the right to apply for a replacement if: (a) the service centre states in writing that it is not possible to rectify the defect, (b) the service centre makes 3 repairs to the same defect during the guarantee period and the equipment still shows a defect that makes it impossible to use as intended.
- If, after fulfilling the conditions set out in point 6, it is not possible to replace the equipment with a new one, the customer is entitled: - to exchange the equipment for a new model of the same retail value or for a surcharge, - to be refunded the amount spent according to the purchase receipt.
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear (wear parts such as bulbs, reading lasers, drive belts, etc.) is not covered by the warranty.
- Damage caused by reasons attributable to the user, such as mechanical damage, contamination, flooding, lightning, power surges, installation inconsistent with the user's manual and software updates, operation inconsistent with the intended use, speaker damage due to signal overload, oscillation of the amplifier or signal source, appearance of DC voltage at the amplifier output, are not covered by the guarantee.
- It is a condition of the right to warranty repair being taken into account by the service that the equipment is used, maintained and stored in accordance with the operating instructions.
- Damage caused by the customer's failure to adequately protect the equipment during transport, in particular removal, insertion and handling, will not be covered by the guarantee.
- The warranty also does not cover damage caused by use that is not in accordance with the intended use of the equipment. This also applies to the use of amateur equipment for professional purposes. Damage of this kind can be repaired at the customer's expense.
- The warranty does not cover claims in respect of the technical performance of the product, insofar as these conform to the manufacturer's instructions for use.
- The service centre has the right to refuse to carry out warranty repairs if:
a) a discrepancy is found between the data shown in the documents and those on the equipment,
b) seals are broken or damaged,
c) prior repairs carried out by the Customer,
d) structural changes, including alterations and adaptations to the equipment. - Refusal to carry out a warranty repair for any of the above reasons is tantamount to forfeiture of the warranty.
- The above warranty conditions do not limit or suspend the Buyer's rights arising from the non-conformity of the goods with the contract.
