All service cases for warranty repairs should be reported to our BWM Electronics Service Centre using the application form provided below. Canton, Cyrus and Advance Paris products are covered by a standard 24-month warranty, the terms and conditions of which can be found here. In some cases, the warranty may be extended after registering the product here.
